Makes backup and finding files so easy. I have other hard drives that you have to spend a lot of time looking for things. I didn't want to spend this much because I doubted it could do anything special, but I was pleasantly pleased!

I've encountered issues with my Dell Inspiron which will require that my settings revert to day one setup. One of the issues is my touchpad does not work. So when they sent me a backup hard drive....I couldn't figure out how to back up. So enter the ClickFree. I have been scared to death of loosing my 2000+ photos plus other information. I'm scared no more. I plugged it in, followed the instructions and in MINUTES...just minutes it's backed up. UNBELIEVABLE.

Easy to follow set-up directions - Subsequent reminder to backup is very helpful since my computer is not on 24/7. Now I have peace of mind knowing that all my stuff is safe and secure.

Love this External Hard drive, its as simple as what is says, plug up to pc and it does the rest. You can put multiple PC's on this unit and name each one, transferring one pc to another is a breeze. I have tried another name brand with a cheaper price but this is by FAR the best and easiest. Great Product!

I have had this for a few weeks, and am very happy that I have it, as it works a LOT better than a more complicated unit that I had been using before. I did have some issues getting it to work but I attribute that more to my computer set-up than to the actual product, and by following the troubleshooting instructions that came with the unit I was able to get it to work. I also love the way that it breaks down what types of files it has saved. My computer is older and although it is still working well, I feel more secure knowing that if it does die one of these days, I have this product with all my files on it.

Two computers and counting. This is the simplist, easiest back up system ever. I believe my 13 year old could have done it. All you do is plug it in and watch it work! For those who have home based businesses, small businesses, lots of photos and music - this is an absolute must. Backed up one computer with Windows XP and one with Vista without any problems. Like I said, I wish life was just as easy!

I bought the red 750 GB clickfree and I am backing up my Dell D8500 right now! I used the AC power supply and then found out I don't even need to use that! I lost my disk in this desktop a year ago and I almost cried as I had many vacation photos on it. After that I purchased Dell's online backup but it is a yearly subscription and you pay by size of Gig. I now do not have to renew this and my price is fixed. I am very happy with this and love the fact I can back up more than one computer! Thanks QVC!

When I first used it I had a bit of a problum and i then looked at the instructions and surpise!!! the notebook i had needed a bit of a different setup. after all that i had all my info backed up in a mater of minues!!!!! i now check my computer every couple of days to mke sure all my info, pics and music is updated and I dont wory about any loss of memory. I have it saved inmore than one place now. a relative had thier computercas and die from a few things, and Ijustsmiled and said I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!! they didnt listen to me about backing i up like I did. I then said if mysystem crashed i would be upset, but I would still have all my info as well. I suppose You guys have another salefrom myfriends and family.

I bought 2 of the Click Frees, one for home and one for office. Just plug in the attractive red anodized marvel and push 1 button. It does the rest and then set it up for a weekly backup and never lose anything again. I use the one in my office every Friday and updating, once loaded the first time, literally takes seconds. I can't afford to have my office computer stolen or compromised so I take the Click Free home. We do have hurricanes and floods here on the coast of Texas and our area is prone to flooding so home the information goes More products like this are very welcome!!

Easy setup, after initial backup will only update with new data added onto your computer. Backing up my computer as I type this. Have purchased one for my sister and as high school graduation present for my nephew. Not 5 stars, 10 stars. Have purchased two versions of ClickFree and will probably get the 750GB at some point.

I purchased the Click free and decided to use it on a Sunday. It was as easy as the demonstration on tv. On the next wednesday I turned on my desktop only to find out that the hard drive crashed! If I had not used the Click Free I would have lost most of my wedding pictures (I am a newlywed!). I freaked out because I thought what if I hadn't purchased this product and what if I hadn't used it! Buy this product!! It is worth it.

The clickfree was as advertised, right out of the box operation. I backuped my computer and feel confident that when my computer crashes I won't invest money trying to recover or loose precious data. I love the fact that I can use this with more than one computer. An electroninc must for any computer.

You never know when or if a computer will get a virus or if it will crash i got this just in time my new computer has been fine until the other day it said system not found and went black i was able to stablize the system and got this the same day backed it up and thank God i had all my videos on there of my new baby's birth and photos with no back-up dont live on the edge it is nerve racking and i would have been crushed if i lost them forever...it really was click free plugged it in and it did all the work no work for me at all my kind of product i can not work electronics at all just know how to email and upload pics and videos that is it and i didnt even have to touch my computer just plug it in and it does it all... i have a dell with vista and i even backed up my 7 year old computer compaq with windows XP no problems with either back up it was organized and saved!!
