If Storage Appliance Corporation ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

If Free Shipping is offered on a specific product, Free Shipping is Standard (3-5 Business Days) only. Free Shipping is only available for Canada and the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Orders must be a minimum of $105 (not including applicable taxes) to qualify.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Storage Appliance Corporation, which operates clickfree.com. The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when your order is placed. Clickfree is located in Ontario Canada. Some credit card companies impose a foreign transaction fee on charges placed onto credit cards in countries other than your home country. These charges are between you and your issuing credit card company and do not have anything to do with your Clickfree order. Clickfree and Storage Appliance Corporation do not receive any of the money from these charges. Not all credit card companies charge these fees.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at support@clickfree.com. or by calling
1-416-484-0009. However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective.

We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not entirely thrilled with your Clickfree Automatic backup, you may return it to Storage Appliance Corporation for a full refund within 30 days of date of purchase.

Return terms and conditions for the Clickfree Automatic Backup sold through Clickfree.com

Storage Appliance Corporation offers a one-time 30-day money back guarantee to new customers that are original purchasers of the Clickfree automatic backup directly from Clickfree.com. If you are such a purchaser and would like to return the Clickfree automatic backup within 30 days of purchase, please contact us returns@storage-corp.com. Upon verifying your proof of purchase, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to return the Clickfree automatic backup. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be in "as shipped" condition (meaning the same condition as when it shipped to you (with the power supply and all parts of the product) and in the same packing materials. Storage Appliance Corporation reserves the right to charge you for missing items, physically damaged parts, and incomplete packaging. Incomplete packaging returns will incur a $75.00 repackaging fee. Any such charges shall be deducted by Storage Appliance Corporation from your refund. Returns will not be accepted for any Clickfree automatic backup that is damaged in any way, including, without limitation, damage caused by use with non-Storage Appliance Corporation products, damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Storage Appliance Corporation, damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansion) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Storage Appliance Corporation or an Storage Appliance Corporation Authorized Reseller). Accepted returns will be given back to you in the form of which you initially paid for the Clickfree device no later than 30 days after Storage Appliance Corporation's receipt of the return. All shipping charges are not refundable.

Return terms and conditions for hard drives and other products sold through Clickfree.com

The above 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to Clickfree Automatic Backup drives purchased through Clickfree.com that comply with the above requirements. NO hard disk drives, software, or any other products that are purchased through Clickfree.com, whether or not for use with a Clickfree automatic backup, are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Storage Appliance Corporation, Inc. reserves the right to revise or eliminate this program at any time. Purchases will be governed under the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the sale.
