Software Updates
From time to time Clickfree™ will make software updates available for your product. These updates are designed to fix any problems that we might learn of, or to add a feature that customers have asked us for.
Your Clickfree™ product will automatically check for these updates regularly, but you can also manually load updates using the instructions shown on this page.
64-Bit Support Patch
This patch will enable 64-bit support.
How to use this patch to update your Clickfree™ device:
- Connect your Clickfree™ device.
- If application starts up, please close it. If any error messages are displayed, please close them.
- Click on this link 64-Bit-Support-Patch.exe and save it on your desktop.
(Ensure that Clickfree™ device is plugged into USB port of your computer)
- Double click on saved file to run the application.
- Wait for the update to complete. Click 'Ok' to close the update window.
- Unplug your Clickfree™ device.
After update completes, the new version of the software will run the next time you plug in the device to your computer.
Multi-Language Support Patch
This patch will enable multi-language support (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Portuguese)
How to use this patch to update your Clickfree™ device:
- Connect your Clickfree™ device.
- If application starts up, please close it. If any error messages are displayed, please close them.
- Click on this link to run the patch: Multi-Language Support Patch.exe
(Ensure that Clickfree™ device is plugged into USB port of your computer)
- Wait for the update to complete. Click 'Ok' to close the update window.
- Unplug your Clickfree™ device.
After update completes, the new version of the software will run the next time you plug in the device to your computer.
