Have a License Key but cannot Activate? Send an email to softwareactivation@clickfree.com

Once you have activated your Clickfree software, you will also qualify for 30 days of email support from the date of activation.

System Requirements

Supported operating systems:

  • Microsoft Windows 7 (any edition)
  • Microsoft Windows Vista (any edition)
  • Microsoft Windows XP (any edition)

Hardware Requirements:

  • Any USB storage device (e.g. an external hard drive, or a flash drive)with sufficient space for backup
  • One free USB port on your computer

Please note Clickfree Backup Software will not recognize a Clickfree branded Backup Drive as products already include the Clickfree software – you must connect a non-Clickfree drive to start the backup.
